Among full-time employees, turnover is less than 2 percent per year and fully 45 percent of our staff has served for 5 years or more.
The nursing department employs a primary nursing model to provide our residents with consistent caregivers, and to foster meaningful relationships, partnership, and trust among staff, residents, and their families.
Nursing Assistants must have current certifications. Long-term care experience is not required. |
