The Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center attracts and retains the most qualified and dedicated employees available by offering rewarding career opportunities, excellent compensation, advanced training opportunities, and a supportive work environment that emphasizes collaboration and accountability among staff at every level.  Among full-time employees, turnover is less than 2 percent per year and fully 45 percent of our staff has served for 5 years or more. 

 

The nursing department employs a primary nursing model to provide our residents with consistent caregivers, and to foster meaningful relationships, partnership, and trust among staff, residents, and their families.

 

Nursing Department

 

We hire a full spectrum of nursing personnel for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions, including:

 

RN

LPN

C.N.A.

Nursing Manager (RN)

 

 

 

Other Departments

 

From time to time positions in other departments become available.  Such openings may include:

 

Activities Staff (Armenian speaking preferred)

Cooks

Dietary Aides

Housekeeping/Laundry Staff

Social Workers (LICSW preferred)

Administrative Staff

For immediate consideration, please apply in person Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Experienced RNs and LPNs are invited to make an appointment with the Director of Nursing in advance.  As part of the hiring process RNs and LPNs are required to take a test that will demonstrate their knowledge of commonly used medications in long-term care.  New graduates will be considered for available day shift positions. 

 

Nursing Assistants must have current certifications.  Long-term care experience is not required.
